Those in search of a major print magazine success story should look no further than Harvard Business Review, whose ambitious repositioning effort has yielded back-to-back years of subscriber growth and record-high circulation for the century-old title—thanks in large part to the vision of its senior VP and group publisher, Sarah McConville.
